Jennifer Hayes

Jen Hayes is a visionary in Somatic Therapy. She has developed her own signature movement programs for the bodies of today and tomorrow. Her offerings benefit both clients and Rolfing practitioners. With more than 30 years of experience in manual therapy, somatic experiencing, and structural integration, she believes that people can feel better in their bodies, become more embodied, and have a better future through her programs. Her motto is, “motion is lotion.” She has helped people move from pain, strain, and tension to a life with more ease.

A dancer at heart from her earliest years, Jen is always moving! She has studied many styles of dance from all over the world, including Hula. Jen helps translate that joy into everything she does, no matter your level of movement, experience, or ability.

People in the industry know Jen as an expert, as she holds numerous credentials, certifications, and years of experience as a movement education expert. A select list of her credentials includes an Advanced Rolfing® Certification from the Rolf Institute®, a Rolfing® Movement Practitioner certificate, and a certification in Cranial Sacral Therapy from Toronto’s Cranial Therapy Centre. **For Clients:**

Jen’s approach is gentle and responsive, listening to you and your system. She had a profound experience with Rolfing in her own life and then realized the impact this type of bodywork could have on others, no matter where they are in their lives. This started her lifelong quest to serve people through hands-on bodywork and movement education. Jen has helped improve the lives of a wide spectrum of people, from those who work at their computers to elite athletes and those who simply want to return to an active lifestyle.

**For Practitioners:**
